Hi, i don't think my message will accepted, but, desperate, i have to write somewhere.

I baught i licence one year ago dec 2018. I tried to install Nitro on a brand new computer, HP. It told me that i have to desactivate from the other computer.

I disactivate. Two installation where available, in cancel the two. It's still impossible to activate on the new machine. I sent question to Nitro with two screenshot, thanks and automatic answer. Reaction in...24 h . We are saturday tomorow...

I moved to the ancient machine (HP Spectre 2017) , it' impossible to desactivate because it has been done two time , i tried to uninstall with windows , impossible to uninstall ? 

So the software is good, but why such an impossible process to install uninstall...impossible to reach a human...the screenshot are on the other message.

On the machine you're having issue activating, I just made an adjustment on your Nitro Pro 12 license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.

Our record shows you are experiencing an issue activating the license is because the computer that the software was installed on did not generate a proper Computer ID (which is a Nitro-specific ID, which generates a unique Computer ID for each computer that the software is installed on). Instead, a Computer ID of all '0's was generated.

Hi AllainU 🙂😀, thanks, i just try to activate on machine B (HP Spectre 2019), glad to read / meet someone real.

From the sheet i see that i can activate two machine , is it right ? I m owner of the two.

Hello @Patrick Ozagora,

That is correct because you purchased a single-user license and can be used on two machines as long as you follow the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement (EULA):

'Licensee may install one copy of the Licensed Software on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which the Licensed Software is installed may install a second copy of the software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided the software on the portable or home computer is NOT USED at the same time as the software on the primary computer.'
