Hello! I have a scenario for which I needed some help from customer service. I contacted them using the chat feature of the web site, and during my conversation, they told me they understood my request, but to get further help I'd need to contact someone through the forums. I saved a transcript of the conversation, and would be more than happy to PM it to someone. I just don't want to throw it all out here publicly. Would someone with Nitro moderating here be willing to volunteer to receive my request over PM?

-The transcript of your conversation with another representative
-Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-More details about your concern.
