OLE Automation / command line support

We've been using Adobe Acrobad thru OLE automation previously. In a VB script, we would merge multiple PDF documents into one, using things like: CreateObject("AcroExch.PDDoc")   and   oMainDoc.InsertPages ...

Is there an equivalent for Nitro Pro Plus (version 10)? Or at least a command-line way to merge multiple PDF documents into one?
