how to highlight

I'm using the nitro pro 10

I scanned a document, go to review, and select the highlight, I select the area of the document and not able to highlight.  ....is there a way to turn on this feature? or am I doing this wrong?

Hello @IAG INC,

The highlight tool can only highlight editable text, not images, like a scanned image file.
