jeff steil Posted January 4, 2020 Report Share Posted January 4, 2020 Purchased a new laptop, from this link: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal , I type in my Nitro Pro 11 product s/n and click the find license button, it pulls up my license detail as follows: my s/n, status - active, number of activation's - 0, Number of activation's allowed - 2. Above this status detail it states as follows: " Once you click “Deactivate”, you can activate your license immediately by entering the below serial number into Nitro Pro". When I click the deactivate button I get the following error: "sorry you may only deactivate 0 devices". I'm also getting a -22 error wrong license #, "You have attempted to activate Nitro Pro with a serial number from another version. You can only activate this version of Nitro Pro with it's matching serial. But it states activation from this location is designed for versions 12 and older".
