AnneL Posted January 8, 2020 Report Posted January 8, 2020 I recently purchased an upgrade for my Nitro Pro to 13. The whiteout feature wasn't working properly, so I uninstalled and then reinstalled. I now can't get the activation to work and the serial number cannot be found. I purchased directly from you - have my receipt from Cleverbridge, but I can't activate my reinstallation.
AnneL Posted January 8, 2020 Author Report Posted January 8, 2020 OK Looks like someone fixed that problem as I am now able to get an activation screen to put the serial number in and that fixed one issue. However, I am still having an issue with the whiteout feature. It worked fine yesterday, but today, it doesn't allow me to have a small selection field. It is only a giant box or nothing.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro Pro? Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)? -Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -Does this happen with every file? If it is a single file, please send us the sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. -A screen shot of the error message you are receiving and/or any important information. AnneL Posted January 11, 2020 Author Report Posted January 11, 2020 (edited) It is a new issue. Happens with every document regardless of the type of mouse used. There were no windows updates. Version 13.8.2.140 There is not a screenshot of an error because there isn't one. I was able to white out a single line and now the minimum height is about 5 lines. Happens with Shapes & White out. I tried to attach the screenshot as an attachment. but all it says is I have no existing attachments and won't allow upload. Edited January 11, 2020 by AnneL
