Kindly note we have released a newer version of Nitro Pro 13.

Since I am unable to pull-up your account, could you please provide the serial number?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

In order to fix this printing issue with your Kyocera printer, I highly suggest updating to Nitro Pro 13.9.1.155 using below direct installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1391155/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1391155/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

Before you proceed running the correct installer, please be aware that a system reboot will be required at the end of Nitro Pro 13 deployment so we highly encourage to deploy during your maintenance window.
