Arvinder Posted January 10, 2020 Report Posted January 10, 2020 Hi, I have Nitro 11 and Nitro 9 on 2 of my computers but I am in the process of updating the windows. My Nitro 11 has stopped working and I can not even figure out the serial number of it so I can inactivate it on Nitro website and reactivate it. Another problem is if I inactivate it then how will I reinstall it after updating the windows as I don't have installation file for 9 & 11 version. From website I only get it for Nitro 13.
