Nitro is distorting the documents including the characters and spacing of the characters. We have had this issue since day one. Any solutions? Please note that OCR is only looking for text - Images, signatures, and some lines may not appear appropriately. The quality of the conversion is also highly dependent on the quality of the original scan/pdf. Since the OCR tool takes the information contained in the document and essentially recreates the file so that you can edit the information, there may be some formatting issues. https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/ocr/000004314 I hope that helps!
