Conference Services
I have a fillable form that when filled with data just prints blank fields. Any ideas?
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted January 23, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted January 23, 2020 Hello @Conference Services, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?: -Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.X.X.X, e.g. 12.0.0.112) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. -A copy of the file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. -Are you by any chance printing to a Ricoh printer? If yes, does it have the latest software / driver installed? What is the exact make / model? Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. Conference Services
AllainU, As I looked further into my fields in the fillable form I realized I had the settings for each filed set to "Be visible but not print". Problem solved, thank you for reaching out.
