The first still in use correctly but impossible to assign the second to my new computer. Thank you for help. Seb Posted January 28, 2020 Author Report Share Posted January 28, 2020 Hello Allain, I manage to find where was my fault. The PC is behind à proxy server and the activation process then leads me to a page where i was asked for a certificate. I passed the connexion out of proxy and then reinstall last v12. The activation leads me to a page where i was asked for an installation ID and my serial number, then i was able to register correctly.
