Looking through the knowledge base, it says I should uninstall and load again. Performed that routine and I still receive the trial expired message and when I try ti load my Serial Number , I am told that I have too many licenses activated. At this time, I have Nitro Pro installed on my Desktop unit and that seems to be doing OK. I have it installed on my laptop and it is experiencing the issues mentioned above. These are the only two machines that have your software installed. Please let me know what I need to do to get the laptop running with the full nitro program.
