I've noticed that when adding/changing content to the toolbar, NitroPro doesn't insert the selected command where the cursor has pre-highlighted on the right side. In other words, it ALWAYS adds the tool to the bottom (far right) of the tools list. Which means that you must highlight that tool and then manually click the up/down arrow to position it in the desired space. The longer the list, the longer it takes to relocate the added tool.
Compare this to MS Office (which it emulates) and notice that if you highlight a specific position on the RIGHT side of the dialog box and then click ADD for a new tool on the LEFT side of the dialog box ... it places the tool in the spot on the right where you had highlighted it.
