Iolo Thebard Posted February 5, 2020 Report Posted February 5, 2020 I bought and installed Nitro v13 on my desktop Win10 PC. I then tried to install it on my laptop for trip, and was told I didn't have enough licenses. I tried to enter my serial number into the activation-support portal and was told my license/serial code was invalid. Help! I just want to use this on my desktop and laptop, Nitro isn't cheap and I need to use the functionality wherever I go. Thanks.

I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Nitro has met the problem of bad registration technology with a very byzantine labor intensive manual process that has to be worked-though by a human in a forum. I expected more from a tool at this pricing tier.
