Deactivation from a commandline

We have Nitro Pro 12 deployed using SCCM. This works fine. But now we also would like to automate the removal of Nitro for users that don't need it anymore so that we can reuse licences for other users. In the past we have had lots of license issues because pc's were reinstalled without first deactivating Nitro. That's something I now want to avoid so I was looking at a way to deactivate Nitro before uninstalling. Unfortunately I can only find instructions to do this from the UI. Are there option to do this from the commandline so that I can automate it?
