email@example.com Posted February 14, 2020 Report Share Posted February 14, 2020 (edited) My computer just installed a Microsoft update and now my Nitro Pro went to trial mode. I attempted to activate it again using both the original activation email and the resent serial number but the serial number was not recognized by the activation portal. The Activate button on the application does not work. My serial number is 50491w-xxxxxx-yyyyyy. Please advise how I can reactivate my software.
