Cp-Syd Posted February 18, 2020 Report Share Posted February 18, 2020 Hi We upgraded our computer a few years ago but lost our details re our Nitro Pro licence. Over the weekend we found the documents and during a clean up. We tried to activate our licence but have been unsuccessful. When we check on the page for licence details and we enter our licence number it says we have 2 activations available. As a courtesy, you may download Nitro Pro 6 installers from this page: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/online/000004464 If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/64/000003790 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number.
