To further assist you, is the program also freezing by just double clicking the Nitro Pro desktop shortcut? Have you also installed any custom font on your machine? What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26).
