Re-activate Nitro 10

Had to replace a computer. Nitro 10 was re-installed. When activating, I used the S/N from the old computer displayed on the About page, which contains both numbers and letters. The s/n was rejected for that reason.

I tried both with the leading "NP" and without but received the same error.

The specific version is 10.5.1.17. How can have the S/N verified?

Where did you purchase your Nitro Pro 10? Is it possible to provide a copy of the invoice?
