Split Screen

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm new to this product. A feature present in older versions of Adobe Acrobat was "Split Screen" and "New Window" in more recent versions. With either, one could view two different parts of the same .pdf file at the same time. I can't seem to find either feature in Nitro Pro. Do they exist in any form? Open two copies of Nitro Pro?

Thanks for responses.

Hello @Peter Wilde,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I believe you would like to compare the content of a PDF file, however Nitro's Compare feature is use to compare two different PDF files.

Hi @AllainU,

Thanks for your response, but it doesn't fulfill what I am looking for. The Compare feature can be used to compare the same .PDF file to itself, but it appears that both views scroll synchronously - when I scroll the left view, the right one scrolls with it. I couldn't find anyway to disable this within the Compare tool. It won't work for me as I want to be able to view two different parts of the same .PDF file at the same time in Nitro Pro.

Is there a way to disable the auto-scrolling in the Compare feature? If not, is there anything else that might work?
