Installed trial to test ( Licence Expired upon install)

Installed through all instructions, The license for free trial is already expired once opened. Proceeded to make cloud account with success and still expired trial offer. I have never owned or downloaded nitro 13 on any of my devices. If I could get some help from support that would be great. I almost purchased this product and I would always test something prior to paying for a licence. Is this a bug or some type of error on the licence side of the program?

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:

-The build of your program. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

-The Computer ID of your Nitro Pro 13 by referring to this workflow:
