Problem with authorization

Purchased Nitro Pro 12   New Computer PC windows 10  Every time I install the trial period ends and they cant find my serial number.

I would gladly update to the Nitro Pro 13 if that is avaiiable , because that's what seems to load everytime  I try.

Can you help?

  I purchased the update to Pro 13  and the serial number does not work.

Will not authorize my purchase

Hello @felixcavaliere

Please uninstall the old version of Nitro Pro and install Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
