And yesterday, when I opened it, I noticed that it is in trial mode. It's weird since my licence is active and I didn't reinstall the software, etc. And I do not want to lose the number of activations I have. So I'm wondering why it is in trial mode and how can we fix it. Thank you, Aleks

Please uninstall Nitro Pro completely and then reinstall the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. Please let me know how that goes.
