Thank you! I'm using my Nitro Pro not very often. And yesterday, when I opened it, I noticed that it is in trial mode. It's weird since my licence is active and I didn't reinstall the software, etc. And I do not want to lose the number of activations I have. So I'm wondering why it is in trial mode and how can we fix it.

Hello @123456789

You have a Nitro Pro 12 key. 

Please uninstall Nitro Pro completely and then reinstall the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. You can get the correct version 12 installers from this page: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.
