Carmen Y Posted April 2, 2020 Report Posted April 2, 2020 Hello, I deactivated my license from my other computers as I was hoping to put it on the one I am using at home during the pandemic. The Activation Assistant pops up with -23:Error - License number already used. I checked the online portal and it says that 0/2 activations are being used at the moment. My trial version ends in 11 days from April 2, 2020. Please help!

Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted April 3, 2020 Official Nitronaut Report Posted April 3, 2020 Hello @Carmen Y, To further assist you, I just made an adjustment on your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
