Jonathan Miron
I've been using Nitro for a while now, but recently I've needed to do something new and I'm wondering if there is a better way to do it. I used to manually add stickers to some documents and hand write a few fields (company name, product code, PO, and quantity). I'd then scan it and email it to the person it needed to go to. I was then able to create a stamp that I could put on the document before printing (therefore no longer needing the physical sticker), but I still needed to write the details and scan it. Lately I've been creating a text box and writing everything manually, but given that stamps are an option I thought that'd be better. Is creating a stamp with fill-able fields possible?

I have found a sort of work around for this. I added the Name & Date to the stamp and when I "pasted" it to my doc I could annotate the stamp by right-clicking the date. This brought up a pop up where I could add my notes ( we only use 2 fields for incoming PO's). This is now part of the document. Not sure if this helps MT
