Upgrade serial unable to validate

Hi Nitro Pro Team,

on May 1st 2019 I purchased Nitro Pro 12 and 1 year product updates via Cleverbridge. After switching PCs last year I reactivated it on the new one and everything was fine. Today I wanted to check for an Upgrade to Version 13, as my license key does not work with 13 and I did not by product upgrades, just updates.

The license check tells me, that it cannot find my serial and I should post here.

Can you please help me?
