The computers on which the program was installed were liquidated and the program was not deactivated. It cannot be activated again. There is no support email anywhere on gonitro.com where we could send an inquiry. It is possible to create a ticket but in the form, after filling out the information and providing the key, the next question appears: What do you need help with today? After selecting Activation, the website directs you to the form where you can enter your license key. This only allows you to find the license but not deactivate it. Below is just information: Please contact the Nitro Support Team to deactivate devices belonging to this serial number. Please confirm how to contact the Support Team because we cannot deactivate these licenses. We wrote to you in the form for sellers with all the information, but we have not received any response until today. There is no contact phone number on your site.
