Nitro Pro 12 Slow/Unresponsive

Windows 10 v 1909. 64 bit

Nitro Pro 12 v 12.16.3.574

 

Nitro is slow to open all PDFs. Never gets past 0% when trying to create a searchable document. Issue with creating a searchable document is when using a 100+ page PDF. Windows and drivers are up-to-date and have repaired and reinstalled Nitro Pro 12. I have also tried running in compatibility mode using windows 8 and 10.
