Brenda Frazier Posted May 6, 2020 Report Share Posted May 6, 2020 We have a user who is not able to send a signature request on a document via Nitro Cloud. After initiating the send request a banner briefly appears in the upper right corner for a few seconds stating: Request not sent This document may already be out for signing. The user had previously sent a document for signing and then deleted it. She added a new document to her dashboard and attempted a new send request and got the same area.
