Grey Lines covering my document

I am trying to edit a document in Nitro 13, but when I open a specific document, there are grey boxes that I can't edit or move covering parts of the doc. I opened the same document in Nitro 10 on a different computer and did not have the same issues. I've already tried settings, preferences, etc. Very unhappy with the support I've gotten for this and no, I do not want to buy VIP. I just want you to fix what I've already bought, or allow me to download a previous Nitro version.

In order for me to further assist you with your concern, could you please provide the following?:
-Build of Nitro Pro are you working with. You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.X.X.X, e.g. 13.2.3.26) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.
-A sample file (with sensitive information extracted) by sending me a private message so I can replicate it on my end. 

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
