updated Nitro Pro 12 to Nitro Pro 13

I have not received my new email showing the new serial number for Nitro Pro 13.

I was wondering where I can look to get the serial number so I may activate Nitro Pro 13 and get rid of the annoying popups, etc.

I tried searching for a Nitro Pro 13 key using this email address you are using, but I couldn't locate any.

If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

I appreciate your assistance.  I have messaged you with the information you have requested.

I have attached the original purchase receipt and reference number, I have attached the upgrade purchase receipt and reference number, I also sent a screen capture of checking my old serial number stating it had been upgraded to Nitro Pro 13.  That old serial number doesn't work in Nitro Pro 13.  I never received an email with the new serial number.
