Cant activate with serial number on new laptop

Hi guys,

I just purchase a new laptop and installed nitro pro and I am not able to activate it with my serial number. The error indicated that the 'serial number indicated does not exist". 

FYI, My serial number allows two activation. So far I have only have one activation with my old laptop. 

Appreciate if you can help.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

Also, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
