Hi,

 

I have nitro pro version 11.0.7.425, when i am using nitro for viewing pdf files it mostly get stuck, freeze and not respond , than i have to close it from task manager. Fix this issue asap as i am doing work from home.

Unfortunately we no longer support Nitro Pro 11.
It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy

Hello,

 

I do have the same problem. I have Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574 and it freezes when I try to search soething and I have to close it through task manager. I need this solved asap becuase it affects all my works.

My Nitro Pro freezes when I try to search something in the PDF. I have already tried compatiblity mode with Windows 8, but it did not work. I tried with many pdfs from different sources and size. But it does it to all PDFs. I need this resolved asap, othervise it affects my work a lot.

So sorry to hear that!

Please send us a file to test so we can troubleshoot.

Have you tried reinstalling, or doing a cleanup?
