Release activation issue

Dear Nitropdf staff,

   Due to my current old hardware failure, is it possible to switch my current license to my new laptop hardware? 

I am afraid I forget to deactivate my Nitropdf 12 through your software request. 

Please, let me know as soon as possible.

           It did earlier. Thanks!

But, after my computer had another problems that need to be forced to reinstalled and forget again deactivate my license. I try it and did not work.

I hope you can again help me out. My IT told me to reinstall but, forget about the Nitropdf software. Sorry for the inconveniences.
