Nitro 11 not activating

Hi,

I am not able to get my Nitro 11 pro activated.  I had it installed on my old pc and needed to upgrade to my current pc... I have uninstalled on the old pc and installed on the new machine.

I have two licenses to Nitro.... so it looks like I need a new license number to get it to activate.  I have deactivated on the new pc and the old which has the nitro uninstalled.

Also your website for submitting a support ticket via the activation portal is not going anywhere.... loops back to the beginning.

Please tell me how to activate this product
