I am pretty sure that I upgraded to a v7 or V8, but for some reason the license portal does not seem to find my license. I even tried installing v7, 8 and 9 and got errors. I am sure I upgraded because I have an Upgrade Assurance Key whatever that means. I really want to upgrade to the latest version (13) , but there is no way to contact Nitro.
