Having uninstalled and reinstalled it now says there is connectivity problems and I can activate manually. When I try to activate manually it says to copy a certificate into the browser but there is nothing there to copy. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times and the problem remains. I have entered my serial online and it said to deactivate and I would be able to activate after that... no, the problem remains. This is the information provided after deactivating...
