Kimberly King Posted June 24, 2020 Report Share Posted June 24, 2020 Hi All, I have been having trouble with not being able to activate my NitroPro for some time. Having uninstalled and reinstalled it now says there is connectivity problems and I can activate manually. When I try to activate manually it says to copy a certificate into the browser but there is nothing there to copy. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times and the problem remains. I have entered my serial online and it said to deactivate and I would be able to activate after that... no, the problem remains. This is the information provided after deactivating... Please uninstall Nitro Pro completely and reinstall the latest build of Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
