Kimberly King Posted June 24, 2020 Report Posted June 24, 2020 Hi All, I have been having trouble with not being able to activate my NitroPro for some time. Having uninstalled and reinstalled it now says there is connectivity problems and I can activate manually. When I try to activate manually it says to copy a certificate into the browser but there is nothing there to copy. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times and the problem remains. I have entered my serial online and it said to deactivate and I would be able to activate after that... no, the problem remains. This is the information provided after deactivating... Version 13 Status Active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 Please help...

Please uninstall Nitro Pro completely and reinstall the latest build of Nitro Pro 13. You can get the correct version 13 installers from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. Please let me know how that goes.
