Nitro Pro Ver12 Re-Activation

Hello,

I replaced the computer and installed it again, but could not activate.
It is displayed as already in use.
Activation has already been canceled on old computers. (I don't have it anymore)
Nitro Pro ver12.

Hello,

I am having the same issue.  I de-activated Nitro Pro 12 on my old PC and then when I go to activation on my new PC which I used the same installation file, Nitro Pro 12, I see -23 Error - License number already used.  I have also tried again through the activation portal and it shows 0 of 2 available.

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. 
Please try to activate again your Nitro Pro 12 installation by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate.

Hi I have recently changed hard disk of my laptop and wanted to reinstall the nitro Pro 12. I did not deactivate the copy previously. How do i reactivate my Nitro Pro 12 again?

Hello,

We are using Nitro Pro ver12 on a PC managed by our department.
It used to be activated, but one day it was suddenly deactivated.
So we tried to reactivate, but it is displayed as already in use.
Please take action so that we can reactivate.

An adjustment has been made on one of your Nitro Pro 12 serial numbers. Please try to activate again and see if it will be successful.

If you still cannot activate, please provide the serial number so we could check its activation records.

I haven't given my serial number in this case.
It's a different PC than the previous post and has a different serial number.

Please tell me how to contact the serial number.
