I de-activated Nitro Pro 12 on my old PC and then when I go to activation on my new PC which I used the same installation file, Nitro Pro 12, I see -23 Error - License number already used. I have also tried again through the activation portal and it shows 0 of 2 available.

An adjustment has been made on your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. Please try to activate again your Nitro Pro 12 installation by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Kind regards,
