Notro Pro will not Activate

Purchased Nitro Pro 13 a month ago and have not had any problems until today. Got a pop up with nitro pro activation assistant saying not connected to the internet and I am. Tried to reactivate manually and it will not work. Went online and followed instructions to deactivate and still will not work. As of now I am dead in water with all features of programs saying I need to buy the program to use the features.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message and your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
