Freeing up licences

Hi Community,

We have 7 licences for nitropdf pro 10 and have had staff leave without freeing up their licences.  We would like to free up these licences.  How would we do this?

The nitro activation issues portal suggests I ask nitro support team and I have been directed to ask here.
