NitroPro wont open Files

I am experiencing problems with two of my licenses on two different systems running Windows 10 (Update 2004 installed)
Out of nowhere, Nitro won't open any PDF file and gives out strange Error Messages.

Translation: "The document xxxxxx.pdf could not be opened. please contact Nitro-Support. Error Code: 0x00000000"

The problem occurred suddenly and only affects users without admin rights. Even multiple reinstallations do not help.
Does someone have the same problem and can help me with a solution?

Hello @Aurèle and @Yassin El Haddad,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Could you please try opening a simple or a blank PDF. Does it open as expected?
Also try opening the 'Edit Text & Images' PDF from the Home screen. Does that open as expected?
I would like to know if you are using iManage products, such as WorkSite 9 or Work10.

Lastly, please try the following steps and let me know if that helps:

1. Repair Nitro via Start > System > Apps & features > Nitro > Repair
2. Reboot the computer and try opening your files.

If that does not work, please try reverting back to Nitro Pro 13.16:

Nitro Pro 13.16 32-bit

Nitro Pro 13.16 64-bit

Please let us know how that goes.

Blank PDFs dont work but I can create a blank PDF with Nitro and safe it, but cant open it again.

I repaired it but no change at all.

Dont know what you mean by opening edit text & images

Nitro 13.16 64 works well without problems.
