The pdf documents are being saved to a network drive and once in a while it throws an error: The document G:\Signed Letters\1641D 2020 ITR Acknowledgement letter.pdf could not be saved. Please contact Nitro Support for assistance. Error code: 0x400D05AA We have ran some troubleshooting like uninstalling/reinstalling NitroPDF PRO v12, installing NitroPDF PRO v13 trial version. We also tried to focus with the troubleshooting on the computer itself by running sfc /scannow, Windows memory diagnostics, chkdsk /f /r, etc. but the issue still happens. Is there anything else that you can recommend to fix this issue? Again, this issue happens once in a while, it happens randomly and the only way to fix it is restarting the computer or if the issue still happens, repairing the installation of NitroPDF Pro fixes the issue.
