I am looking to install Nitro Pro on a new laptop however I don't have the original install file and I understand that my version 8 license key will not work with the newer versions of the software. In addition to this when I tried to deactivate my license I received the following message: 'Sorry, you may only deactivate 0 licences'. You can download the Nitro Pro 8 installer from the following location: 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/pro8/en/retail/nitro_pro8.exe 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/pro8/en/retail/nitro_pro8_x64.exe If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase/#/search/bit/000003790 Regarding the activation portal, if you the Number of Activations shows 0, this means that all activations had been deactivated.
