Help to transfer old version of Nitro Pro to new laptop.

Hello,

Please can you assist with an older version of Nitro Pro (v8) I have.

I am looking to install Nitro Pro on a new laptop however I don't have the original install file and I understand that my version 8 license key will not work with the newer versions of the software.

In addition to this when I tried to deactivate my license I received the following message:

'Sorry, you may only deactivate 0 licences'.

Can you help advise how I may resolve the above and reinstall the software on the new laptop?

64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/pro8/en/retail/nitro_pro8_x64.exe

Regarding the activation portal, if you the Number of Activations shows 0, this means that all activations had been deactivated. Thus, no need to process a deactivation.
