Missing One Digit from Nitro v11 License Key

Hi, I recently deactivated a Nitro 11 license on a work laptop with intention of activating it for someone else, I thought I had grabbed the whole serial number but apparently I'm one digit off.

 

The person who ordered this license is no longer with the business so am unable to check past emails, is there any way to identify the final digit with the first 17?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

We use the following information to check the records of a serial number:

• First and Last name of the person who purchase the license.
• Invoice
• Email address used to purchase the license

Without these information, we won't be able to determine/search the serial number.

Thanks for your response. One final question - is there a specific string of digits that a Nitro Pro v11 license key would start with? I can maybe narrow down the missing digit if I know it belongs at the beginning or end of the key.

 

E.g. the key I have starts 234011 - I am wondering if I missed the first digit while copying and pasting?

Nitro Pro serial number consists of 18 digits and it starts at 234*************** (for version 12 and older licenses) and 504*************** (for v13 licenses).
