I recently got a new desktop and tried to activate my Nitro Pro on this device but I keep getting an error when entering the serial number during activation. Error message states the following, "The serial number entered does not exist. Click 'Back' and make sure that you have entered the serial number correctly. If you are still encountering problems, please contact support via the link below: Submit a support request". I logged into my Nitro account online to ensure I do have the correct serial number and also confirmed I still have 1 out of 2 activations available through Nitro. Still, the serial didn't work. I followed the other suggestions provided by Nitro Support to deactivate all accounts then reactivate them, but now neither device is working with Nitro Pro. I tried uninstalling Nitro PDF and reinstalling it, but that didn't work either. I run need this working ASAP... Please help me!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
