Anthony Watson Posted July 29, 2020 Report Share Posted July 29, 2020 I'm trying to re-activate my version of Nitro Pro v12 on my new laptop after the old one died. I've downloaded the trial version but am having trouble entering my serial number. When I've gone to the support page, I can enter my serial number on the first page of the support ticket but when I enter it again to find my licence number it says it's invalid. When I'm coming to activate it, it says my license number is invalid. I've double-checked and the number is definitely the one I was sent in the original email when I bought the system. Any ideas?
