Nitro Pro 13 does not install

I went to Nitro and downloaded the trial. I used it for 2 days and then I get a popup that asks to upgrade to the license version at a 50% discount. 

I clicked on the offer, paid for the licence  and then proceed to follow the instructions to activate the license.

Nitro says the "license is not valid". I double check everything to find out that I had Nitro 11 installed, but purchased Nitro 13.

Interesting that I downloaded the trial version from the official gonitro.com site.

I proceeded to uninstall Nitro 11, then attempted to reinstall Nitro 13.

Every time I try and install Nitro 13 I get an error "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed".

I have searched everywhere for a resolution to my issue and can not find any help. 

I have spent 2 full days on this and am getting frustrated.

I have paid for my license and would like to start using the product.

Please help.

Please try to install Nitro Pro 13 using the msi offline installer. You can download the installer from the following locations:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13220414/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13220414/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

If you are not sure whether to download the 32bit or the 64bit, check the link below:

Once Nitro Pro 13 is installed, activate it using your version 13 serial number.
