Reinstalling Nitro Pro 12

Hello Nitro,

I've tried to active my Nitro Pro 12 again, since I've reinstalled my computer.
When I am trying to active the product, I am receiveing an -24 error. (We have encountered errors while activate Nitro Pro)

I don''t think u guys can read the error, since it is in dutch language, but I am still adding it.

Hope anyone can help me out!

I've found this thread, could it be the issue that I have used an older version of Nitro Pro 12? Having Problems Activating Nitro Pro? - Nitro Community Forums (gonitro.com)

That is probably correct so please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12 by sending me a private message (hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message').

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
