Hi, I am unable to uninstall the 12 version to install and upgrade with nitro pro 13 version, I have tried to use the below provided cleanup tool but still getting the same error.

Note : I do not have handy 12 version package / msi to do un-install, I have attached screenshot for your quick reference and further help.

Error : C:\Users\thotapri\AppData\Local\Downloaded Installations\{CF074D23-ECD0-44D9-B245-4C0A3AB6D95B}
