    Where's the scan?

It seems that your scan issues are with the Nitro PDF Pro for Windows, not Mac, and the support ticket you had for this issue is already closed. You can try completely removing Nitro PDF Pro using our cleanup tool and then reinstalling it. This tool will remove all traces of Nitro PDF Pro on the Windows machine, and the process differs from Windows uninstall. If you are interested in performing the cleanup, please visit Using the Clean Up Tool to Remove Nitro Pro Please note that the cleanup tool is only for the Windows OS. Kind regards,

    Where's the scan?

    Greetings @Harold Mancusi-Ungaro Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! I have a Brother DCP-T710W and the scan works fine in Nitro PDF Pro for Mac. I've recorded the steps as a reference (see the link below): https://app.screencast.com/TRXKoSVCugfFi The test was also done in the 13.3.1 build, which is the latest build for this version, on a MacOS Ventura 1.3.2.1. Please disregard the check for updates where it tells that 13.2 is the latest build. You may want to try completely removing and reinstalling the Nitro PDF Pro application to see if this fixes the issue. Kind regards,

    Installation error

    i am trying to install a Nitro Pro 14 on a new laptop (Nitro Pro 14 is also new) and i downloaded the NitroPro file from the link that was send in me email, when i run the installer i keep getting the error something is blocking the installation, i turned off the firewall and still get the same error any suggestion please

Are you opening the Excel file in Microsoft Excel and then printing it to PDF using the Nitro PDF Creator?     Nitro Pro pdf conversion failure in Outllok

    Greetings, Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. While our team is investigating this issue, the workaround we recommend is to print the email in Outlook using the Nitro PDF Creator or Microsoft Print to PDF printer to create a PDF. If needed, here are the steps: 1. In Outlook, select the email by clicking on it. 2. Go to File and select Print. 3. select Nitro PDF Creator or Microsoft Print to PDF in the Printer selection. 4. Select Memo Style under Settings. 5. Click Print. This will prompt you to save the file in PDF format. Dear Nitro, I have purchased Nitro Pro 14 and received my serial number (2346**********0877), but when I use it to activate Nitro Pro I get a message: "Nitro PDF Pro was unable to activate as the time or date of your machine is incorrect. Please verify your date and time settings and try again." The thing is my date and time ARE correct for my time zone! Can you please advise how I can activate. Peter

I have several questions for you: - What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab - Does it happen when you are working on specific files? - Are you getting any error messages when the program crashes?     Activation Issue

    I also am having an issue using Nitro Pro. I purchase the product about 2 years ago. Every time I try to use it I recieve an error message saying 'expired trial'. When I try to reactivate the product with the product code ending in 4000 I receive an error message 'code not valid'. email address ec*****@sbcglobal.net. It is impossible to get any help from Nitro!!!!!!!!!!!

Upon checking, it seems that the last three digits of your serial number were replaced by 000, it should be 998 to become a valid version 13 license.
